1. Information We Collect

WardrobeWizAI ("the App") collects the following information when you create an account and use our services:

• Account Information: Email address, display name, and authentication credentials when you sign up via email, Apple Sign In, or Google Sign In.
• Closet Data: Photos of clothing items you upload, along with AI-generated metadata such as category, brand, colors, and estimated value.
• Digital Twin Data: Selfie photos and body reference images you provide for creating your digital twin. These images are processed by AI to generate your virtual avatar.
• Generated Content: Virtual try-on images, outfit suggestions, and saved fits created through the App's AI features.
• Usage Data: App interactions, feature usage patterns, and device information for improving our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the App's core features, including closet management, AI styling, virtual try-on, and digital twin generation.
• Process your photos through AI services (DeepInfra, Google Gemini, OpenAI) to analyze clothing items and generate virtual representations.
• Store your closet inventory and outfits securely so you can access them across sessions.
• Improve and optimize the App's AI accuracy and user experience.
• Communicate important updates about the App and your account.

3. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party AI services to power its features. When you upload photos or use AI features, your images and related data may be sent to:

• DeepInfra & Replicate APIs — for AI image editing, clean background extraction, and detecting individual clothing pieces from outfit pictures.
• Google Gemini API — for clothing tag analysis, style recommendations, and detail extraction.
• OpenAI API — for outfit generation and virtual try-on rendering.
• Supabase — for secure database storage and user authentication.

These services process your data according to their own privacy policies. We do not sell your photos or personal data to any third party.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase's cloud infrastructure with row-level security policies. Photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage buckets. Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device using encrypted secure storage. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

5. Your Rights & Data Control

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data stored in the App at any time through your profile.
• Delete individual items, outfits, or your digital twin from within the App.
• Delete your account entirely through Settings → Delete Account, which will permanently remove all your data from our servers.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete that information.

7. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

• Consent — When you voluntarily upload photos, create a digital twin, or use AI features.
• Performance of Contract — To provide you with the App's core services as described in our Terms of Service.
• Legitimate Interest — To improve and optimize our services, prevent fraud, and ensure security.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account in Settings.

8. Data Controller

WardrobeWizAI is the data controller for your personal data. For any data protection inquiries, please contact our Data Protection Officer at emaramt@gmail.com.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States, where our AI service providers and cloud infrastructure (Supabase) are located. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and data processing agreements with all third-party providers.

10. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data (including closet items, photos, digital twin data, and generated content) is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days. AI-generated images processed through third-party APIs are not stored by those providers beyond their published retention periods.
